Marty is responsible for managing SGH’s financial actions, analyzing the company’s performance, forecasting results, and safeguarding SGH’s assets. He uses his previous experience leading employee-owned firms to provide the firm and its senior management with strategic vision and business planning, including strategies for ownership transition, incentive compensation, tax planning, and real estate and office occupancy. Shareholders appreciate Marty’s ability to translate complicated financial scenarios into tangible concepts, confidently make decisions, and bring levity to most situations with his easy-going manner. He leads the firm’s Accounting and Information Technology teams to ensure that SGH is on the leading edge of financial reporting, project management, business continuity, and cybersecurity.
