Jen leads SGH in navigating legal issues, managing risk, improving productivity, and strengthening critical business alliances. A committed leader, she guides the Legal team members with her positive energy and passion for continuous learning. Jen is excited about creative problem-solving and enjoys collaborating with internal clients to help them achieve their goals—always prioritizing relationships of trust and respect throughout SGH and with the firm’s clients and partners. As a former litigator, Jen has extensive litigation, risk management, and transactional experience and represented design and engineering professionals in complex, technical, and high-profile cases.
