“Meet The Lab” video series

At Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH), we pride ourselves on solving our clients’ most complex problems. And our Applied Science & Research Center (ASRC) is the heart of this ability, housing our in-house physical and digital laboratories and serving as a critical differentiator.

Promoting the ASRC and our testing capabilities has long been a strategic marketing priority, and in 2024 we looked behind our state-of-the-art equipment to focus on the people who work in and around the lab. These engineers, scientists, and technical professionals not only test the limits of the built environment, they also have a vibrant culture and camaraderie to celebrate.

The “Meet the Lab” campaign showcases team members who spend their time in the lab instead of the spotlight. Our ASRC and Marketing teams partnered to produce a series of video interviews featuring a range of experts and practitioners to showcase their abilities and the joy they get from collaborating together.

The “Meet The Lab” video series became our most successful video series ever, garnering record interaction numbers for SGH’s LinkedIn and YouTube pages.

Meet The Lab: Anass Harmal and Meet The Lab: Linda Seymour were two of our top-performing videos ever on LinkedIn.

Meet The Lab: Emily Norwine is now the 2nd most viewed video on our YouTube channel.
