Colleges and universities across North America have historic facilities on their campuses. Caring for these facilities require additional planning, capital, and maintenance, but they also offer an opportunity to meet campus sustainability goals, to connect to important institutional memory, and to enjoy quality architectural spaces that are difficult to replicate today.
