Craig Allender
Craig has a passion for helping clients address building enclosure waterproofing issues, particularly in planning for the unique challenges caused by sea level rise in the San Francisco Bay Area. His recent presentations and professional activities have stimulated conversation about climate change in coastal cities and strategies for flood resilience. Craig is experienced in investigating and designing commercial, institutional, and residential buildings to address building enclosure waterproofing issues involving roofs, exterior walls, glazing systems, plaza areas, and below-grade spaces. He works with clients to analyze and repair water intrusion in existing buildings and to prevent these problems in new construction.
